Stoke is a personal, daily motivational audio series, written by an AI around the goal you describe and delivered as a private podcast feed. It is operated by Datamynt AS (org. no. 936 017 207), Maridalsveien 163, 0461 Oslo, Norway. Questions: hello@stoke.day.

What Stoke is — and is not

Every episode is generated by an AI model from what you wrote in your profile. It is motivation, not advice: Stoke is not medical care, mental-health care, therapy, or financial, legal or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If what you are carrying is heavier than daily motivation, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential support in your country.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Stoke. You sign in without a password, with your email or Google account. Your feed URL is private — sharing it means sharing your episodes. You can reset the URL or delete your account (and everything in it) from your dashboard at any time.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Refunds

Episodes are personal digital content generated on demand, but we would rather be generous than clever: if Stoke did not deliver for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stoke to plan, encourage or glorify harm to yourself or others, or anything illegal. Your profile is a brief to a writing engine, not a confessional with duties — but we may refuse to generate content for, or close, accounts used in bad faith.

Your content

What you write in your profile stays yours. Episodes are written for you personally, for your own use — they are not for resale or republication as a product.

Liability

Stoke is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will note it here and on your dashboard before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
